Our products are sold subject to their product descriptions. We take care that these are as accurate as possible but occasionally they may contain inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. Likewise, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Furthermore, as live bees are involved in the starter kit, we cannot guarantee the survival rate or productivity of these bees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are able to care for the bees properly, and to abide by local regulations regarding beekeeping.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
5. Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this time frame. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

7. User Obligations
By purchasing a product, the user agrees to use it responsibly, in accordance with all local, state, and national laws and guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations regarding beekeeping, animal care, and environmental protection.

Bay Tee LLC is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, Bay Tee LLC shares no responsibility.
